3. Quotes, Estimates, and Service Requests

No quote or estimate is binding until confirmed in a signed proposal, work order, or agreement between Facility Rx Services and the client.

4. Vendor and Subcontractor Network

Facility Rx Services coordinates a nationwide network of vetted vendors, technicians, and subcontractors to perform maintenance, repair, and construction work on our behalf. While we take reasonable steps to select qualified vendors, Facility Rx Services is the single point of contact and remains responsible for the coordination and quality of work performed under a signed client agreement. Specific vendor qualifications, insurance requirements, and liability terms for a given project are addressed in that agreement, not on this Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, project photos, and design elements, is the property of Facility Rx Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Communications and SMS Terms
