Google Ads. We advertise on Google and use Google Ads tracking (including conversion tracking and, if enabled, remarketing) to measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads to people who have previously visited the Site. This means Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Site or other websites. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and you can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (optout.networkadvertising.org).

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain accurate business and project records, and comply with legal obligations.

Because our services involve technicians and vendors performing work at client facilities, we may collect additional information in connection with a service visit, including facility access instructions, gate or entry codes, site contact names, work order details, and before/after photos of completed work. This information is used solely to complete the requested service and is shared only with the vendor, technician, or subcontractor assigned to the job. We do not use facility access information for any purpose beyond scheduling and completing service. Clients remain responsible for managing physical access permissions with their own security systems and personnel.
